We have 22 weeks before the Mayoral elections and Upkar needs you! Donations and pledges are coming in but we are a long way to go to reach our Sponsorship (for the deposit) and Donation (for materials) targets of £20k and £1k. We hope to produce our first flyers this year. Could you give Upkar and early Xmas gift?.
